This is a great example of a collaborative technology integration project. Ms. Higgins and Mr. Fetter's  sixth grade students researched Greek architecture (and examples of Greek architecture right here in Atlantic City) with their Art teacher Mrs. Lori Rice. Students continued their research with Media Specialist Mrs. Kiedaisch, while working on an informative writing piece. Students researched a particular building, and created a 3D model of that building,  using different materials. Students worked in teams to create an oral presentation of their structure, while images of the real structure, played on a screen for their classmates. Enjoy the photographs of this project contained on this slideshow.

WTAS Debuted Today!

Mr. Fetter's 6th grade class began our morning announcements today. WTAS will broadcast over our school's new intercom system every morning at 8:20. Send announcements to Mr. Fetter's attention, in Room 38.

The Bottle Cap Collecting is going well!!!

The Environmental Club shipped off 32 lbs. of bottle caps to Aveda yesterday. These caps will be recycled. This is 32 lbs of trash that won't end up in landfills or our beaches. Keep bringing in those bottle caps.

Save those Boxtops for Education!

Bring them in to your homeroom teacher.
Collecting Boxtops raises money for our school!!!
